Season 25 of SABC 2’s Muvhango features both new and returning faces on the small screen.
Following a break, Buhle Samuels, who portrays Matshidiso, made a comeback, and Tshepo “Howza” Mosese made his debut as Manditi. Manditi is a mysterious, astute, cunning, and charismatic man who will stop at nothing to accomplish his objectives.
Sydney Ramakuwela, who plays the royal misfit Mulalo, will also make an unexpected cameo.
Another new cast member for Muvhango is Aubrey Mmakola, best known for playing private investigator Ramashala on Skeem Saam. As Tshililo Netshitangane, he is a pampered wealthy boy who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth and aspires to be the largest booking agent for bands.
Sinete Nemakonde will make her on-screen debut as Reneilwe “Rene” Netshitangane, a strong lady moulded by the unwavering spirit of her alpha mother, starting on January 11.
Reneilwe’s mother, Nkele Dikeledi Netshitangane, a successful businesswoman from Limpopo with aspirations to control the construction sector, will be portrayed by Mudi Mudau.
